Maggie Warner has only been with Isett a short seven months but is already making a big impact. Since month two of being here, she has been instrumental in training new team members—setting a professional example of how to conduct oneself in public and with clients. She’s taken ownership of developing standard operating procedures and a training program for floodplain and municipal office staff across all our regions as well as offering support for the successful implementation of new software. Maggie takes pride in being a company owner, actively suggesting ideas to benefit process and efficiency; she regularly looks for feedback to continue her personal growth. Our municipal clients have all expressed their appreciation for Maggie’s responsiveness and overall high level of service.
Maggie’s daily responsibilities include reviewing zoning permit applications and the zoning portion for land development plans; overseeing zoning hearing board appeal requests; investigating property maintenance concerns; issuing Notices of Violation and non-traffic citations; and handling civil complaints, which may involve attending trial summary hearings. Despite the demands of the job, Maggie still knows how to balance some personal time—ensuring there is proper coverage for her assignments. Since joining Isett, she has witnessed and admires the company’s exceptional leadership. She believes Isett truly lives up to its core values, and the Best Places to Work distinction is well deserved—promoting a commitment to client satisfaction and associate development. She appreciates that our expertise and contributions are valued. Her favorite part of the job, though, has been meeting and getting to know her colleagues. She appreciates their professionalism and commitment to sharing knowledge, as well as the sense of camaraderie.
