Time and time again, Mike Keller—Isett’s Marketing Manager in the Lehigh Valley—has demonstrated our Team, Service, and Ownership values. From jumping right in on the Website Committee when he first joined the company, to continuing to further enhance the website’s capabilities—he’s been an absolute rockstar at learning the platform and helping his teammates with specific requests and initiatives. His overall responsibilities as manager are a combination of business development, marketing, and community engagement. A big part of his daily workload includes preparing multi-discipline proposals for the Lehigh Valley region and generating the supporting materials to reinforce the scope prepared by our technical teams. Mike is also responsible for increasing awareness of Isett’s services and helping bring in more repeat clients. He attends community and business networking events; represents Isett on several boards or committees; and participates in events and service opportunities, such as Adopt a Highway, The Salvation Army Red Hot Hoops Challenge, the Volunteer Challenge, Miracle League Trick-or-Treat, MATHCOUNTS—and anything else that fits with our company values. Mike finds that helping to personify Isett’s values to the communities we serve is one of the most rewarding aspects of his job.
Mike has really enjoyed learning about the engineering and consulting services we offer at Isett. He might have even studied engineering in college if someone had told him it was an option. He has always enjoyed creative thinking, problem solving, and learning how things work. He likes to build things (you should see his Volunteer Challenge model) and also truly enjoys math. That’s right—math! He is grateful he ended up in marketing and working for Isett; most of the time his job is a lot of fun and he couldn’t ask for much more than that. It’s just a bonus that he gets to be close enough to see the work our team does and can use his skills in marketing and communications to bring in more business.
