Project Information
New Facility for the Boys and Girls Club
Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. (Isett) provided comprehensive services for the demolition of an existing 7,840-square-foot modular building located in a floodplain and the development of a new 27,000-square-foot, two-story Boys & Girls Club facility in Ambler, PA. The modern clubhouse includes dedicated classrooms for grades 1–5 and middle school students, spacious activity areas, a 5,000-square-foot gymnasium, a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming reception and office spaces, a large meeting room, and outdoor play areas.
Isett’s role encompassed owner’s representation and environmental services, construction quality assurance, surveying, and a range of engineering services, including geotechnical, civil, structural, and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.
This project, the third branch of the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club, was completed in 2024 and was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Eastern PA as the Best Institutional Project ($5–$10M).
