Elizabeth Faust is an Isett company shareholder, who was elected in 2019 to a three-year-term on the Isett Corporate Board of Directors by her fellow shareholders and served through 2022. Betsy, as she’s known by her colleagues, has volunteered her time to causes like Miracle League of The Lehigh Valley, She Nailed It!, Lehigh Valley’s Volunteer Challenge, Autism Walk, as well as served on a variety of company committees. Betsy started her journey here at Isett as a Structural intern in 1999, becoming a full-time associate in 2000.
Since then, she has helped her department move forward with technological upgrades and adding additional staff. Betsy was also instrumental in implementing Isett’s initiative to move the MEP and Structural Departments into a 3D design/drawing world (Revit). She not only helped to make a successful move to our once sister building in Allentown, but was also actively involved in engaging the new associates and helping them understand our Isett standards and brand when the company expanded to the Capital Region. Ms. Faust is responsible for managing the efforts of the drafting team, ensuring that proper drafting standards are consistently utilized by all draftsmen. She works in close association with department engineers in drafting a wide range of projects.
