Erin M. Burke, a company shareholder, joined the Marketing Department of Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, client management, and public outreach. In 2021, she was named Marketing Director for the company, and in 2022 she took on the additional role of Vice President, Southeast PA. Ms. Burke was elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors by her fellow shareholders in 2022.
As Vice President of Southeast PA, Ms. Burke is responsible for project development across all departments as well as overseeing multi-discipline project management and client relationships in Isett’s Southeast region. Ms. Burke often serves as a key client manager, providing an executive level of communication with clients to confirm that our company performs to the level of the client’s expectations.
As Marketing Director, she guides a team of regional marketing managers and graphic designer across the company’s nine offices. She also leads the strategy of marketing the talents and knowledge of the company’s 250+ associates and represents the firm at conferences, networking events, client meetings, and contributes to proposal submissions.
She is skilled in all aspects of marketing, from drafting annual marketing plans; overseeing the design and placement of advertising campaigns; and outreach to both business and community audiences. Ms. Burke has managed program budgets funded by federal (CMAQ) and PennDOT sources. Her entire professional career has been focused on client management, building relationships, engaging with the public, and leveraging analytical skills to deliver solutions.
