Greg Decker, PE, HCI-R/C, joined the Forensic Engineering Department of Barry Isett & Associates (Isett) in 2023 with over 10 years of forensic and structural engineering experience. Mr. Decker has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and spent the early part of his career evaluating structural damage and building envelope performance throughout greater Philadelphia. Greg was promoted to lead Isett’s Forensic Department in 2024.
As Department Head, Mr. Decker oversees the preparation of construction documents and specifications for structural repairs and restoration. Mr. Decker specializes in building damage assessment and failure analysis to provide causation opinions and expert testimony on behalf of attorneys, adjusters, property managers, and building owners.
