With an abundant amount of nominations, Dayna Edelman is our Values in Action winner for March! Last month, Isett held its inaugural International Women’s Day event that featured a diversity of topics and fostered an environment for open and transparent discussion—as well as fun. The event was a huge success and wouldn’t have happened without Dayna leading the charge. She made her idea a reality—with the support of a committee, the team planned a program that brought the women of Isett together to connect, learn, and grow. And, of course, we can’t forget her continuous efforts to recruit and retain team members.

When Dayna first started at Isett, her primary focus was on recruiting top talent to join our team. We’ve all heard the buzz words of the great resignation and the war on talent—her job is to bring the top talent in the door and help to provide an environment where they want to stay. That can mean organizing events such as the International Women’s Day event, to helping develop our associates and give them opportunities to strengthen their relationships with each other, or just making herself available to any associate who needs assistance with HR-related matters.
Dayna is incredibly proud of what we achieve as a company. The International Women’s Day success was a result of a dedicated team effort to provide a valuable professional development opportunity for our women associates. She is very appreciative of the nomination and wants to acknowledge the women’s professional development committee; as well as our panelists and session organizers; and the countless others who had a role in the day’s success.
Dayna tells people that she has the best job in the world. She loves what she does and enjoys working with all of our associates. In addition to hunting down the best talent, Dayna is currently working on a few initiatives to keep Isett a great place to work!
