Congratulations to Rock Stahovic—our Values in Action winner for July! He truly embraces the Team value. As an Operations Manager in Isett’s Municipal Engineering department, he serves and assists several municipalities throughout Northeast Pennsylvania with project planning, budgeting, designing, and execution. Due to the diversity of needs presented by a municipality and its residents, Rock’s projects vary from the design of stormwater conveyance systems and streetscapes to school zone improvements.
Despite a busy workload and numerous responsibilities, he always puts others before himself. He is a team player and is always ready to lend a helping hand and contribute to the collective success of the team. Currently pursuing his Professional Engineer license, Rock also has a commitment to professional development and combining his and his team’s professional expertise to provide complete client solutions.
One of his favorite aspects of his position is the diversification of projects and people. As part of Isett’s Municipal Engineering team, Rock has the opportunity to work with various team members across our Field and Design divisions. Rock is honored to be July’s Values in Action winner and appreciates the nomination he received. Congratulations, Rock, for this well-deserved recognition!
