ATAS International Manufacturing Facility – Grant Way
ATAS International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of metal wall systems, metal roof systems, and related building products, partnered with Isett to support the expansion of its manufacturing operations in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County. Headquartered in Allentown, ATAS continues to invest locally to support growth and expanded production capabilities.
The project included a 53,000 square foot expansion of ATAS’s existing warehouse and manufacturing facility on Grant Way. The addition was planned to accommodate new manufacturing equipment and operational needs while integrating with the existing site and surrounding industrial park. The project also included offsite pedestrian improvements, with a new concrete walkway constructed along Snowdrift Road in front of ATAS’s main building to enhance connectivity and site access.
Isett provided civil engineering and environmental services to support the project from early feasibility through municipal review and approvals. Services included land development design, stormwater management planning, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, and environmental evaluations required by local and state agencies. Coordination with Upper Macungie Township and other reviewing authorities helped advance the project through the planning process and position the expansion for successful implementation.
